Shipping and Return Policy

Order Confirmation & Delivery:

All orders will be received and processed within 48 hours of you paying for your merchandise. Your credit card will then be pre-authorized for that purchase, processed & shipped in the approx. timeframe described in the table below IF it's in stock. If it's NOT in stock/unavailable or backordered, we will reach out to you via e-mail to discuss more options and then proceed with payment

  • Overnight delivery options can be quoted if required and must be placed BEFORE 11am (MDT) from Mon - Fri to qualify for overnight shipping. Orders placed AFTER 11am (MDT) will be shipped out the following day, even if overnight is selected


We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags(if available), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at and we will reach out with instructions on how to proceed. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right

Exceptions/Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. At the moment, Aaghaz does not sell any product that falls under this policy but if we start selling such products, we will update them in this section as required. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items paid by cash or gift cards!


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

At the moment, we do NOT provide exchanges at Aaghaz. If required, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, processed and you are notified, is to make a separate purchase for a new item
